In this interview, Xia Xiaowan talks about the processes he takes to create his 3D portraits, made from a series of sheets of glass. I have been thinking about exploring portraiture in my project next year and this could be an interesting contemporary avenue to explore considering the direction technology is taking with 3D televisions and cinema.
